Cancellations on orders will be considered only within 6 hours of purchase.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Before we deliver the delicious waffles at your door step, it passes through all the quality checks &packed carefully the way you would like it to be.
The product cannot be returned once purchased. Refund is applicable only if product is received in damaged condition or wrong order is delivered.
If the product is damaged or wrongly delivered, contact us within 1 day of shipment on firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or 100% refund of
the purchase price back to your account.
Please make sure to include:
- Order Number
- Date Of Purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the product i.e. damaged or wrongly delivered.
All products should be returned back to us in case of refund.
Refunds are initiated within a week’s time of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank.
